Keeping your home SIM active
So bank codes still reach you
Use manual SM-DP+ entry instead
A QR code that will not scan is not a broken eSIM. The QR code is just a way of typing two values into your phone, and you can type them yourself.
Display the QR code on a second screen — a laptop or another phone — rather than trying to scan it from the same device. Increase the brightness and hold the camera about 20 cm away.
“Unable to add eSIM” usually means the phone is carrier-locked, or the profile was already installed once. An eSIM profile can normally be downloaded only once. Open a ticket with the order reference and we will check whether the profile is still available.
